BANDO belt today on the highway broke, well that was a spare, why did not understand, can wear on the variator?
the mileage of the belt is not large, about 6000 km

How long did the previous belt last.?
I personally like GATES belts, the BOOSTER range, as they seem to be stronger.
Check your clutch and Variator for wear on the plates or that they are not loose, and wobbling on their axles/spindles.

the previous strap passed 12.000 km
I think that we need to change the variator, some have forgotten about him

27.300 km passed, burned the rear bolt on the muffler, why here?

My muffler separated at the same place. I took mine to an automobile exhaust shop and they welded it back together. It did not cost very much money. It looks like road salt and rust is eating your exhaust pipe. Hope you get it repaired. Be careful and keep posting...Paul

Since I ride year around if roads are clear of snow...I spray the exhaust with high temp flat black paint once or twice each year - to stay ahead of external rust.

Well, you're not likely to pass your county's emissions check this year with this E-Check bung in your pocket.
Best wire it back on - or try to distract (bribe) the inspector (I use a bag of Moon Pies).
Good luck with that.

The condensate from the temperature difference, and here the lowest place where he flows ( 50 CC, diesel oil is added for lubrication and some part gets into the exhaust, where the muffler practically does not rot)
