Hi all. Does anyone know if the ignition coil on a super 8 has to be bolted to the frame in order for it to work?

Rule of thumb for coils: One wire, needs to be grounded. Two wires, ground is supplied by wire not frame contact. Also the ones that need to be grounded have metal tabs where it comes in contact with the body.
