compatible seats?
« on: March 18, 2015, 08:23:21 PM »
Quick question. As I do not have an upholstery shop anywhere close that can augment my seat.  Are there any other seats off any other model Kymco that fits the Downtown? Thank you

You'll have to open the seat and cut the bolster off and reshape the foam. I can't fit on the grand Vista at all that thing has no leg room.

Yeah, the Gv250 is a solid ride. Pretty much the exact same scooter as my Bet&Win except the body. I think you'll find if you un staple the seat cover the backrest might unbolt on your bike. Get a chunk of foam and spend some time shaving a nice shape then use a staple gun to re attach the cover, boom done!!
