Kymco agility city 50
« on: March 19, 2015, 10:53:57 PM »
Hi ive got a kymco agility city 50 4 stroke and i need some help. The nike has 6.5 g rollers and everything standard its just derestricted and goes only 37-39 mph flat. Its quite quick of the line but once it gets to 10mph it takes forever to get to 30-39 . What could i do to get that top speed to 45 and have that mid way acceleration better so when i pull the throtle i can feel that the bike is actually pulling not just building up the speed for ages. Biggest problem is when im stuck behind some idiot or learner driver at 20mph and i cant over take him as i have not got enough acceleration. Would be greatful for any suggestions.

Big bore kit. If your doing 40 you should count yourself as one of the lucky ones, a lot of people dont even get 35 out of their de-restricted 50.
2002 Kymco B&W 300; MRP 78MM "300CC", Naraku cam, Yoshimura rS3 exhaust, 17g Sliders, Yellow torque spring drilled airbox, stock carb #115 main #40 pj.

2001 "Yamaha" Zuma AKA MBK Booster; MHR OverRange, Dellorto 19mm BHBG, Polini "big" intake, RS-3 Rear shock, Stock cylinder.

Anything that would be cheap and id only have to change 1-3 parts ? Big bore kit would mean swapping the exhaust and everything as well and also would mess the engine up.  Want something that would cost me up to 150£

if you already derestricted the cdi you are good to go. the rest should not cost you no more the 35,00 bucks but if you change clutch spring a little more.
