2002 super 9 l/c bogging

I have a 2002 super 9 with a brand new 2012 engine. It runs great when cold but as it heats up it kinda boggs down when trying to accelerate. Once it passes 45 km/h it runs great but its annoying at the trafficlights.

The engine was complete with everything so i have a new stator etc. I have replaced the ignitioncoil, sparkplug, gas.

The scooter is derestricted.

Jetting issue?
Cvt clutch?
Cdi?

Check the auto choke.  Could not be closing. 
Almost...at...speed...limit... Aww, brake lights..

Wouldnt that leave me with no idle at all?

I will check it however!

Have read some articles on how to adjust the autochoke

I'm not aware of any way to adjust it if it is the basic type of auto choke that is on most scoots.  I'm only aware of,  at least on my three scoots,  cold is retracted up,  then as the current to it heats up, the needle drops until closing off the extra fuel flow.

Bought it from an autostore who said it was a 2012. He had a large pile of em. Brand new in an oem box. Import from asia according to him.

Really dont care tho. Its a brand new engine

Some autochokes can be adjusted. Dunno if mine is one that can. Will check tonight.

Was the carb included with the new engine , do you have the super9 l/c model

No there was no carb. Everything cept cvt, and carb.

Have removed the autochoke and it serms to be working fine. Checked sparkplug and it was mediumbrown (looked spot on)

Its a l/c

I'm no expert,  far from it.  My next move would be a desperate attempt to really clean the carb and jets.  Also to double check for any vacuum leaks. 
And I'm going to assume that your air filter isn't overly dirty or something simple....

The annoying thing is that it runs really well when cold. It runs really well when i get it up to speed when its warm.

It boggs at redlights and sometimes it stalls.

Im beginning to think its cvt related. I have lots of parts from 1 vitality and 1 bet@win i have stripped.

How did you "remove" the bystarter? There is a pretty specific way to delete the autochoke and it's not as simple as just unplugging it or taking it off. If you just unplug the wire that actually makes the choke on ALL THE TIME. Clean the carb, set fuel mix screw to 1 turn then try it.

I removed it, attached it to the battery and measured how much i came out. It worked fine.

Its closing as it should.

I removed it only so i could test it. Put it back when i was done.

These little engines can be pretty sensitive at times.  Took me awhile, but I finally figured out how to adjust the idle fuel mixture screw.  At 1st didn't seem like it was doing anything, now I realized a couple of turns makes huge difference in how runs.  Hang in there, they are really fun when running right.  Cheers
