Yea. Thought it was him at first but realize he has a good quality microphone on that video camera and I think some of it are people yelling at him (cant confirm).

He will probably get nailed by someone drifting in their lane and not by him going off course.

I did have difficulty thinking a vehicle needs to look out for lane splitters and give them the right of way and Im sure others do too. The odds are that a vehicle will use their whole lane that they should be entitled too at the time he's lane splitting.

Dumb luck is luck and all luck runs out sooner or later, just hope I'm not around when it does.

I am NOT a fan of this lane splitting deal!! Every time I am in Los Angeles I hate the bikes splitting lanes on the freeway. Scares the hell out of me whenever they go by. I really don't understand why they think this is safer than staying in there lane? I get the whole getting rear ended thing but come on!

Ride safe everyone, even if your lane spitting, mscmkr

Here is Californai lane splitting is permitted, but at speeds below 31 mph. Some try to do it well above that limit or at speeds greater than 10 mph of moving traffic. Lane splitting is so common here in CA that cars move to the left and right to let PTW filter through. Intentionally impeding a PTW to lane split will result in a cager receiving a ticket.

My dad lives in Cali, I will always remember we were driving to San Jose in moderate traffic (Moderate CALIFORNIA traffic), all 4 lanes were fairly full but moving at normal pace. Out of nowhere 4 or 5 street bikes came flying by, every one doing stand up wheelies lane splitting 65mph traffic doing 90+ on one wheel LOL.
