I'm thinking to cut and shorten the front windshield on my xciting,
Anyone did this before?
What tool should i use to prevent the plastic from cracking?

You can dremel it but expect some plastic melting and a lot of filing and sanding afterwards.
Plexiglas cutters mainly only cut straight and used for hard plastic laid completely flat.

I saw some videos on YouTube where people used a jigsaw with a fine blade and no plastic melted maybe it is better then a Darmel tool...
Any thoughts on how to Tony it black but still keep it clear to see throw?
Tinting film?

I think film would be your best bet.
My windshield is black and I was thinking of etching a design of some sort into the winshield and placing an led light behind it for some fun at night.

Yes, jigsaw, fine tooth blade, masking tape on both sides.
