Welcome Kymco Owners!
If you want to do it yourself you need some kind of tire repair kit. (THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT SOLUTION) Something like this:The best and easiest way to do it is to take your scoot to a tire repair shop
Be safe. Take it to a bike shop (or remove the wheel yourself) and have the tire dismounted and patched. A "Plug-Patch" works great by plugging the hole and patching the inside of the tire.CJS
The way I see it, if your going to take the entire wheel off, might as well get a new tire on there for an extra $50-100, wasted labor $$$ to just plug/patch.
