Exh manifold broke, AGAIN!!!

Was doing 80mph on the freeway when a loud bang and then brrrrrrrrraaaaaapppp
Already know that sound so i stop at the side of the road pick up the broken peace that is dragging on the road and keep going until i make it home...

Had to get a new manifold from the wreck yard

Double check the torque on the three hanger bolts, if these are loose you will keep breaking exhausts. Warm the bike up and check the tightness, use blue loctite.

No, THREE LOL. The bolts that hold the muffler to the swingarm are called "hanger bolts" make sure they are torqued to spec because if they are loose you will keep breaking manifolds.

My torque spec: Impact gun set on high for a couple bursts :) With blue loctite
