With some surprises, to me.
Valves at 40,000 Km ! (shims used)
I like that they post the labor times at the bottom of the chart. I was surprised to find out that my Kymco dealer did not have such a chart (hence - their $372 charge for the "hours" needed to "get down through all that plastic" to adjust the valves. See, if Kymco had given them a chart that listed 45 mins labor, in & out, to do the valves on a LIKE200i they wouldn't have looked so incompetent as "scooter mechanics". Obviously, in spite of the fact that they had "sold many" LIKE200i scooters, they had never serviced one.)
Might also explain why I can't find a video of a valve job on a BV350, although scribd.com has the main. schedule on line
http://www.scribd.com/doc/129629543/Piaggio-BV-350-EN#scribdWith nice color pictures!
(when I can't adjust my valves I like to watch others doing so)(I just did them - must now wait awhile)
BTW - the boys at the print shop got the Km's & miles, backwards - the miles are in the brackets.
