Count me in - now there's three of us.  I'm getting the feeling that there's something wrong with the Yager 200i!  I've been through all the systems like you have.  This Yager has only 5,000 miles and runs so rought. Unfortunately, for these machines, there's no diagnostic tools.

JJJ there is a diagnostic tool (more than one actually...).  I have the Kymco diagnotic tool I borrowed from de dee... but no DTC codes show up.  The issue is not one that the diagnostic tool can pick up.  The other tool, other than your ability to trouble-shoot (!), is to use your mulitmeter across the leads on the pump itself and measure the resistance.  It is supposed to be 1 ohm give or take 0.1 - rather precise measurement.  Mine was 2.7 ohms - too much resistance = too little fuel pressure when  it counts.  Fuel pump is now on order.

A stuck vent valve will not show on any diagnostic analyzer nor multimeter.

Thanks.  I have haven't checked that - do you recall where in the plumbing the vent value is located? (there are a lot of fuel vent
lines all other the place!).

When my 2010 was misfiring at high rpm I replaced the coil and the counter (they both have to be replaced together) and has been running smoothly ever since, about five thousand miles.  I'm up to 18K miles now and the scoot shows no sign of slowing down.

The counter being the magneto that tells the coil when to fire.

Thanks alfadan but I've replaced both of those items and it made no difference.  I determined the fuel pump was out of specification (resistance was too high) so I ordered another and am waiting for it.

I have this issue after I left my Yager out in the rain and it got knock down to the right side recently. Not sure if the battery's wire loose or other issues. I added fuel cleaner, it helped a bit but not much better.
