I saw this little movie on You Tube nearly a couple of months ago and thought it was brilliant marketing. Perhaps KYMCO USA will adapt this sort of marketing strategy stateside.
One thing is for sure...the women really do gravitate towards the retro-styled scooters, especially here in the U.S. I currently have a SYM Fiddle II 125 (one of the Like's competitors) and the women seem to be drawn to its retro styling as well. The moral of the story, or at least for me, is that if chicks dig it, that's perfectly fine with me.
