Chinese m/c, I'd be leery of the quality. $800 more and you can get a jap 250 with a dealer network and the quality that comes with it. Lots of 12/13/14 models with 1k/2k on the clock for sale here. I wanted a new bike even though it's old new stock. Some folks beat bikes to death and that can shorten the life span......check out motoredbikes.com some time. Some neat rides there, be careful you just might get hooked!
