Well,are you going to keep the engine with the carb? Or will you convert to fuel injection?

You would have to remove carburetor and replace with throttle body off the 09. You will need all wiring and such from the 09 . Probably could be done,but sounds difficult.

Could be done, but like stated above a lot of work. Stator needs to come from '09, exhaust from '09, intake and cylinder head from '09, throttle body from '09 etc etc etc etc. And going back to the carb version will be even harder.
