that was easy, seems it was a little tight on one side, runs good, still starts a little harder than my agility 125 did.... but seems ok.
The valve that is tight is usually the exhaust valve. It is generally a myth that valve adjustment affects the performance. I've done 3 valve adjustments on my scoot and noticed zero difference in starting, mpg, power, idle, etc.
Low idle: check vacuum lines, a restricted pilot jet causes low / unstable idle. The idle mixture screw can be adjusted to compensate but it is better to follow the video and clean the pilot jet properly.
