That 3rd wire/connector by battery

Contacted Kymco USA re. that third wire connector found by the battery, known as the "develop tool" on wiring diagram.....Kymco says it is used for their "R & D" purposes.
Cool beans that they would/could do that with our scooters.
(Talking about the white connector here)

Interesting. One would think the diagnostic plug would give them all the feedback of the various systems.
