Can you take your Like 200i to any service station to get inspected? I assume you wanna take it to a registered service center for periodic maintenance.

You should if possible take your Kymco to a Kymco dealer for service if there is one available to you. You may do many of the services yourself such as oil and filter changes. Some service such as valve adjustments and spark plug replacement are easily done but if you don't have the expertise or confidence they can be done at a "certified" service shop in your area. I wondered about this myself when I first purchased my Like so I called Kymco"s customer service line. They said that services could be done by such a "certified" shop. Of course if a warranty issue presents itself then it would have to be addressed by a Kymco dealer.

Are you asking about a road safety inspection, mandated by the state?
Or taking your scooter in for scooter maintenance as scheduled in the owner's manual?

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Do you have a yearly safety inspection in your sate? If so then I would guess that any shop authorized to do those would be okay.
