adjusting headlight?
« on: September 07, 2015, 12:31:28 AM »
Anyone know how to adjust the headlight on 05 Super 9?  Mine only has one beam, no switch for high/ low.  Seems like it's pointed a little low, maybe would light up road better, if adjusted up a tad.  I checked the service manual and nothing on adjusting the beam, just how to replace the bulb.  I searched this forum and nothing either.

My 05 People 50 2T has headlight adjustment, seems like Super 9 should too.  Any comments welcomed.  Cheers.

Mine is right above the headlight, below the radiator vents.

OK, thanks for reply.  I saw that and turned it some, but couldn't tell that it was doing anything, so didn't know.  However, after adjusting it some, headlight seems to be better.  My scooter took a hard laydown, previous owner, so it has some screws stripped out/ missing broken plastic in this area.  Didn't know if this one was stripped or not.  Good info.  Cheers

Mine is actually non functional like it should be.  I have to do a little convincing,  I believe it stripped the little plastic bit it screws into
