May be just a TINY bit on the lean side, but really not bad at all. Hard to tell from the photo, does the tan ash rub off or is it set into the ceramic? If it is set I would say you pretty well have it dialed in.

Sounds pretty good! Take a look down inside the tip too see if it as clean. If it plain white you could go 1 step colder on the plug. That would be 1 number higher. It's all about getting the right "burn" temp. Looks like you have the right mixture. You do want that tan to go all the way to the casing.

..i'm looking inside the tip with a bright light and a magnifying glass...it's white all the way to the ceramic base...

..should the ceramic b tan all the way down, after 500 miles, or will it be progressive?

For whatever reason that area is called the "fire ring" It should get darker, (still tan) but darker. The fact that it is white is showing retained heat burning off all deposits. This can lead to detonation. If you run "cheap" gas, using Hi test will help solve that. If you are using Hi test a colder plug by 1 step will prevent it. Looks like a good mix though. It would be very hard to dial jets in any better, you just have to bring down the temp. a little. I have a 7 series plug instead of 8 because i run rich on the 2t I think you could run cooler, and be perfect for a 4t

Most certainly. Check that after 100 miles or so, then again after 500. I think you will see it tan from top to bottom

I would agree that your plugs looks almost perfect!  Just possibly a tiny bit lean.  I'm a bit curious, but I bet going to an "8" would work out well!  It looks like the tip is near perfect, but fades to a slightly lean condition further down.  Going one step colder on the plug seems to be a good solution!

That looks lean to me I like mine to be a darker brown on the ceramic. Interesting.

Mass Iridium!!!  Good deal, I would just pull the plug out often and check it.  If anything, the colder plug should just foul easier so no risk of damaging anything!  Good luck!
