Purchasing Used 2010 Yager GT 200i - Good Price???

Hi All,

I am looking at purchasing a used 2010 Kymco Yager GT200i.  The scooter has just under 5,000 miles on it.  The shop is asking $1,700 for the bike.  I have not tried to talk them down yet. 

Any ideas what would be a good price range for this scooter.  The shop says there was only 1 previous owner and she brought the bike in for all required service so it has been kept in good shape.  I inspected the scooter as well over the weekend and it looks pretty mint.

What would be a good price for this scooter?  Thank you in advance!

Sounds like a good price. New, they're about $4,000 plus. Make sure the battery, brake pads and tires are in good shape. Wish I could have found an offer like that when I lost my Yager.

UPDATE:

I purchased the scooter a little over 2 weeks ago for $1700 and I couldn't be happier.  Runs great and its a blast to ride.  I primarily use it for my work commute which is about 30 miles round trip on roads with a speed limit of 55 or less.

I've got 5,000miles on my Yager with zero problems. It is the favorite out of all of my bikes/scoots to ride.  Yours should be good for many many miles with the proper maintenance.
