kymco mxu wont start

hello
hope for some help here...
have a kymco mxu 500 that wont start.
turn the key and the headlights and taillights goes on,
the display lights up orange but no icons,just blank orange.
horn dosenet work,and it wont start,not even a click.
but when i turn on the hazard lights and the blink lights,
all the icons blink in the display,on and of all the time,
but horn still dosent work and no sound on start...
please help

Sounds like the battery is almost dead causing the instrument panel to do strange things. Charge and test the battery then see what happens. Did you recently have the ATV in a lot water? Sounds like there may also be water in some of the electrical connections.
