Why did you pick the 14 or 15 grams instead of the 13 grams?  Also where did you notice the difference?

Read all the topics in this matter, we had a lot of trying...

13gr is way to light, the RPM is gets high very fast, but the torque comes at 7000RPM, just like a speedbike. You lost a lot power at low RPM.
I use 15,4gr now (like factory weight), I gained 2000RPM (6000-8000) at the end. Good for city cruising, and good for fast accelerating if I had to.

I have a barely used (200km)14gr Dr Pulley rollers to SELL!! Send a PM if you interested in...

According to the 2012 Kymco Downtown 300i engine manual, the weight roller O.D. standard (mm) is 22.92-23.08 and the service limit is 22.0 mm.  Therefore I am looking at Dr. Pulley Slider Weight 23x18 - 15 grams.  What do y'all think?

I have a 2011 downtown and the rollers are  20/12- 14 gram  ,.     package of 8  sliders,  I have tried 21/12-14 gram and it bogged down up to 60 MPH.  then was perfect for speed up to 80 MPH.  not to good for top speed, just passed 90 MPH. lost 5 MPH.,  it would not get to best rpm for top speed,

I have a 2011 downtown ,  if you have a later model let us know what your manual says the size of the sliders are,.  my manual says roller  OD is 19.92 to 20.08   service limit is 20  width is 12 mm.  with 8 sliders in a set,.  now I am trying 22110-lge5-eoo drive plate, and a lge5-eoo  ramp plate,. it is from a GT 300 people ,. it has a longer ramp and 15 gram sliders kick in faster and you run at a low rpm. so not good for take off,  I am going to try 13 gram slider in it soon, and see what that will do,.  what Wt,s are the GT 300 using,.

I have 12g rollers on my 2011 and it excelerates faster than it ever has and it's been almost 95mph indicated with my fat 250 pound carcass on it.  It's got 15K miles with no problems other than probably needing a new belt.

Hey Guys,

I picked up "Lil Beast" yesterday.  She sounds great and run smooth.  The switch back from the Like 200i to "Lil Beast" was interesting.  I forgot how well a Downtown accelerates off the line compared to a Like.

Hey Ruben.
Glad you're up and riding again....didn't you have a dead  300 , with  loss of compression?
Sorry if you advised us elsewhere...but what was the issue, and how much did it cost to fix?
Thanks, Stig

Hey Stig,

Yep, I had lost compression.  I haven't got the bill yet.  Moxie Scooters and I will be trading computer repair hours as payment.  They replaced the gasket, valves, spark plug, piston and whatever else.  But they never determined what actually caused the lost compression.

Mine is a 2011 and the factory weight was 14.5 grams, I put Dr Pulley sliders in, pretty sure it was 14 grams. Funny thing I did`nt notice much difference in the upper speed RPM`s until I put about 70 miles on it.
A quicker acceleration off the line and while passing at road speeds was noticeable right away but the higher "R`s" did`nt settle until later on.
And now after about 700 miles with the sliders  it seems that the high speeds rpm`s have settled down a bit and the acceleration is even more noticeable than when I put the sliders in.
Gas mileage has improved quite a bit too and thats why I went with sliders in the first place.

Would those weights be the same for the DT 200?
