So I went to fill the air in my tires and found this little guy hanging from the bottom
Any idea what it goes to?

Carb overflow hose. Doesn't go to anything. That's where it belongs

It looks like a vaccum hose. There should be a fitting up under the side panel. If you take the panel off, you should be able to tell where it came off of

Souzamoto and I agree. It is long so any gas overflow goes on the ground and not pool somewhere on the bike.
