Didn't end yet. I am going to Turkey on a vacation and will be back in a week. Then, I plan to take a day off and try again to change both belts on P250S and A125. I will report my findings, don't worry...

I installed the Malossi 795x19.8 belt.  Works well.

821x20x30 was too big.

I was back from Turkey AND THEN went to Milan for the last eight days. Just came in the house this second!
Obviously, had no time to change it.
I will report when I do.

What do you mean, does it fit? IT HAS TO FIT. I would not stand two duds in a row.

p.s. I will have to go to Azerbaijan any time soon. I am not kidding.
You do not want to know...

Yeah, I deal drugs, so that's why I drive so reputable brands like Kymco and Kia.  ;D ;D

I have promised an update, so here it is. Today after work I first disassembled Agility's vario cover, it is really 5 minutes of work. Then I found out that the tool does not fit the holes on the face plate, so I had to use the Dremel tool and sand paper attachment to make the pins narrower. It took me almost one hour to shed off metal and make the tool fit the holes.

After that, it took another 5 minutes to replace the belt and further 5 minutes to assemble vario cover back.

On one of the pictures you will see that Kymco's OEM belt, code 23100-KEC4-900 (original brand Bando) is in fact 800x20 and not 781x20 mm as claimed on different sites.
You will also see that new Dayco belt is the same as OEM Bando.

I will remind everybody that 781x200 mm SNAPPED in my gf's scoot 7 kms after replacement.

The scoot has 24.500 kms, the belt has been on the scoot for the past 12.000 kms and it was still good. It had width between 20.1 and 20.5 mm. I bet it had good and safe 4.000 kms in it, so I think that Agility's good quality belt can be replaced every 15-16.000 kms. This was an overkill.

I hope I will not see insides of Agility's vario for the next 12.000 kms (even though rollers will probably wear out before that).

This belt replacement was quite expensive:

- 781x20 mm belt that snapped: 15 EUR and 3 weeks of waiting
- pulley blocking tool: 20 EUR and 3 weeks of waiting
- 800x20 mm Dayco belt: 30 EUR
- my personal time, effort and nerves: PRICELESS!

Now I have to repeat the same with my People and I am already nervous because of stupid bolt placement, you have to be a contortionist to remove them, everything is in the way: Tupperware, frame parts... Also, I do not know if blocker tool will fit the holes because the plate is bigger and I am not sure the tool can be sufficiently stretched.

I did not do a single meter with the scoot after replacing the belt, so I hope it will NOT SNAP AGAIN!!!!  :o :( >:(
