Crash Reports-Where are they?
« on: November 29, 2015, 10:18:57 PM »
Some communities realize that others may benefit from misfortune. The aviation community is a good example. Crashes are investigated and the results analyzed by competent people. The results are published, read by some and some actually change their habits to avoid hazards and pitfalls. Shipwreck analysis is  another area that make the deaths involved in catastrophes count for something positive. You get the idea, I am sure.

Where is the equivalent for road travelers? I have looked since I was a student driver in high school to no avail. It would make sense to have a periodical report of crashes and at least someone's opinion as to what should have been done different. I welcome being pointed in a direction I missed before.
