Sounds and looks like the idle is a bit slow.

Idle is good,about 1900.And after 10min of riding this is hapend,idle go down to a 0 and bike off.This problem shows only in winter time when is outside is cold

I understand you to be saying that after 10 min riding it cuts out. That means engine is no longer cold, but at normal operating temperature.
This leads me to conclude that the carb idle circuit, or the auto choke is an issue.
I am not a mechanic;I just diy on my own scoot to save cash.
With lot's of experimentation, (read trial and error)  I mostly manage to fix the issues.

So, check out the carb, clean it, and test the auto choke is working correctly.

I would maybe bump up the idle to around 1,000-1,100 or so, but if it does this after it has warmed up (as in the temp gauge needle points to/at about a half), then it may be the electric choke is acting up? Quick easy fix. Start the bike on the center stand. Start it and let it warm up. Then unplug the elec choke. Just lift seat and remove storage bucket. Then see what happens? If it keeps running fine, then it's the choke. My bike has always started perfect. But this is why a manual choke with a choke lever on the handle bars is OK with/for me. It's this electric crap that is an intermittent problem/break down. Or leaves you in the middle of the road, in the middle of no-where.  :-*

Since this seems temperature related...is there a temp sensor on a carbed engine?.... other than the electric choke?
If not... sure sounds like electric choke might be staying activated after engine no longer needs it.
Agree with sissy...try unplugging the choke.
