Super 8 Carb, PLEASE HELP
« on: January 26, 2016, 01:51:46 PM »
Hello,
My Super 8 50cc 2 stroke started bogging badly under acceleration on my commute home from work a couple of days ago, so i took apart the carb today and cleaned the filthy thing. The only problem is, i managed to lose the pin that holds the float in place! now on most mopeds this would hardly be an issue, but i simply CAN NOT find a. what carburetor it is a copy of or b. a float/pin spare set that i can order from anywhere.
Can someone PLEASE shed some light on what i need to order to be able to get another float pin, or what carburetor this is even called, or what the original carburetor it is based on is called (I imagine it is from a Honda)

Thank you
