The Variator weights/sliders, and heavier clutch springs will help get more rpm's giving you a better "hole shot". going 3 grams lighter on the weights will give you more pep. and stiffer clutch springs will delay the time it takes for the clutch to lock up. It does become a trial and error thing to get it set up the way you want. 3gr. is a good guide line to start w/. , and the mid weight springs are generally the best overall for a stock engine. There is also a torsion control spring in the clutch that keeps it all tight. The white spring is the best overall. You can get these parts all in one place for under $50.00 shipped. I use    http://www.malossiusaonline.com/Variator_Rollers_s/30.htm   that page shows the rollers, they also have the springs. Can you post a link for the cdi? There are plenty of People's that would like to grab one up! Ps man Awesome!

Those are the outside dimensions of the rollers.  You either have one or the other.  The service manual will state which ones you have.

I posted a manual under your other thread. You can just let those die off, and post it all here. The forum search will still locate them for others w/ ?'s. Even if you buy another var. you will still need to tune it. I think it would be easier to get 2 sets of rollers, swap them out, test run, repeat. That way you get a feel for the set up. and can later add the Hi $ parts. Chances are good that if you swap your pipe, w/out rejetting the rollers won't matter anyway. You allready got all the power the scoot was built with. Anything more takes a good ear for the engine, and alot of trial, and error. You could even buy 3-4 sets of cheapo Ebay rollers for the price of 2 good sets, and try them all. Just buy a good set of the weight you like, and swap them 1 more time.

No worries!  They don't come with a Service anyways! You can get the manual here, http://www.timtaylor.net/Scooter/Manuals.htm, I just did!  It says the rollers are 16mm X 13mm.  I didn't see where it specified the stock weight though.

You have to download a .rar un-compressing program as well.  If you PM me your email I can try and send you the manual.

3.3g is too light!  On a stock set-up you're probably more around 7g.  The white spring is a Malossi contra spring for the clutch, I think it is 1000 rpm.  The other clutch springs are the "fly" springs (3 small springs).  You probably need about 1500 rpm "fly" springs.

is there a good combo for the 3.3 rollers i got? if not and what color spring is the one i need for a stock set up? i plan to get the leo vince pipe and cut it and drill the restricter out but that's about it. will the leo pipe derestricted give me more top end?

The 3.3 are for a full blown race set up. You would need an engine that can spin 13,000 rpm's. I wouldn't op-en the package, just return them. try the 7gr shaka said.
