I got my agility manual from Scribld website, (think thats how you spell it), sign up for free andyou can download it. Dont have link, just search on the Scribld site, I got it maybe 3 month ago.

Yep that Scribd site is good for getting the service manuals.  Here is the link (Kymco People S 50 125 200) to get service repair guides for the People S 50/125/200.  You can use your facebook account or register with Scribd to log in and grab the manual.  It's about ~43 MB.
