I still have not seen the Yager service manual.  Is it out there?

The gear oil level on my Yager is when it starts coming out of the fill hole, Once it starts coming out of the hole let the excess drain out of the fill hole then re-install the bolt.

I used Castrol SAE 80W 90 gear oil for the final drive. It's the same process as changing the lower unit oil on a Outboard motor.

This is what I thought until the gear oil started coming out the seal vent! I found the book and put in the measured amount specified.

Zombie ( and any of the rest of the gang), could you give me a hint on how to download a rar file from Tim Taylor's free downloads? I got tired of trying to guess what Bill Gates wants to be compatible......

Hi crossbolt! I use 7zip.     http://www.7-zip.org/download.html       I have the installed version (msi) It integrates into your right click. To open a rar use the option to extract to the same file name. It will give you a new decompressed folder w/ your file.

Thanks, Zom! Now if I could just figure out what you said I would have the manual downloaded and decoded!

..the 4t super8 50-150 service manual is pretty much the same...electricals might be diff, but mechanicals cross-reference very closely...

..valve clearance differs...

Is there a Super8 150 service manual? I have not found it

I just talked to Kymcousa (South Carolina) and they told me that they do not print those any more. They offer their Dealers the file online(probably a pdf) But when I tried to ask the dealership if they could print me one or sell me the pdf file I got no traction.

Also the Dealership told me he uses the Service Manual for the Kymco Super 8 125(0.), that the 50 will not do to work on the kymco super 8 150, so we royally screw since the only one you can find online is for the super 8 50. At this point I am out of options.

Note :

at some point the Service manual for the super 8 125 was online at hotfile, but it seems it was removed form the download site because kymco complained and pulled the copyrighted card.

Good effort. Perhaps an email campaign to all the dealers you can find on the NET. One of them must have a heart.
I'll give it a go as well...http://www.tradebit.com/filedetail.php/8504240-kymco-scooter-repair-manual-movie-125-and
