If you bought it new, there will be a rudimentary tool kit included in a pouch under the seat, including a spark plug socket. But the sockets you mention will be helpful, as would a small needlenose pliers, tire gauge and LED flashlight.
Unless you're very, very good and handy, changing a drive belt on the road will be a bit of a challenge. I spend $50/year with
these folx (sound down, first... hate the auto-play audio!) to get free roadside assistance or tow-in for troubles on the road that are fairly involved.
