I think I read somewhere on here that it is different.  You still cut it but in a different spot.  Search through previous posts and there should be something.

If you can take a look at the wire collors I THINK the '09 has 2 pink wires going to the box Either one of them can be cut to de-restrict

If it's just cutting a wire, make sure you cut it so it can be re-connected if necessary.  I think Zombie is right about the 2 pink wires.  The cdi's you cut into the unit don't have the 2 pink wires.

Here's a link on this forum of an '09 cdi.  It did not have the green wire to cut inside the box.  http://kymcoforum.com/index.php?topic=1345.0.  I think they determined it was already derestricted, not sure though, haven't read it all in awhile.

This cdi may fit on the agility, not positive though.  Try sending Dr. Moto a PM and ask.  He gives a discount to forum members also!

if they figured it was already de restricted what does that mean I have to do then because if its only going 36 i don't think it would be de restricted

Thanks for the clarification Custom!  I wasn't sure, but ran across it looking for something else.
