Here's a utube link that might help!   Kymco Super 9 AC Variator and rollers

I didn't view that vid until After I posted it. I have to say that guy is an IDIOT! Sorry dude I don't mean personal wise, I mean advise wise. At least you can see how it comes apart, and what it is. There are much better utube vids to watch. Look around.

I think these guys sell a derestricted boss.  http://www.scootertherapy.com/bosspage.html  The rollers are standard 16mm X 13mm available all over online.  I've had good luck with the Dr. Pulley sliders.  You probably want some somewhere between 4.5g and 5g.

..if ur scoot has the stock rollers, you will still get decent acceleration, and top out around 42...

..forquicker takeoff, you can change the rollers out for lighter ones..

..the stock rollers are 6 grams...i'm currently runing 4.7 gr...

Are you an attorney? Same ?'s just in different ways. I think your boss has a washer that has to be removed. Slinger knows that one. top end will be close to 50mph. The cdi & washer are there to reduce the top speed for legal reasons, and nothing else. 50cc=35mph by law in the US. Take those limits away, and you have a scoot that is the same as most other regions in the world. Try looking thru Utube vids. They can show you the mechanics of how it all works. Don't listen too much, just watch.
