hello there  :-*

do you have it since new ?
i saw you changed some transmission parts and mounted a freeflow airfilter..dose it still have the stock 50cc engine or a big bore kit ?

i`m asking because i heard bad things about sport filters..like getting dust into engine..and sometimes giving to much air that affects the performances (worst than stock)
sorry for my writing mistakes .. i`m only human

Hey mikrron, Welcome to the forum! When you allow xtra air in you also need more fuel to maintain the correct burn ratio. Now you will also need a way to get it ALL out. (pipe). since you have all that added power it becomes necessary to tune the cvt to use the power where you want it. It is sort of a self feeding frenzy that takes place when you start to tune. If you get one thing wrong the good part is you get to do it all over again with new parts!

...well put zombie!

mikrron..yeah, i bought it new, and the only mods i've made are a malossi variator with 4.7 gr rollers, white 1000 malossi main torque spring, Red Leo Vince clutch springs...cut the cdi and installed one of those aweful K&N high-flow air filters...when i installed the air filter, I re-jetted my carburetor's main jet to a 102...

..welcome to the forum!!!   ;D
