Vibrations/harsh take-off

Can't really describe the problem in the Subject line , I don't know if it's
clear enough. Anyways, I've got 3400km on my Agility 125, and last
200km this has been getting worse.

When I roll on the throttle gently and try to ride at walking pace, the scooter
will shake/vibrate for a second just after it starts moving (at like 2-3mph) and
then it'll go smoothly after that.

If I'm a bit more ham-fisted and open it half-way, it will "jerk" a bit, and again
go smoothly from there.

If I give it WOT, the "kick" will actually lift the front wheel off the ground for
a split second!

I'm rather sure this has begun happening before I changed the gear and
engine oil (some 100-150km ago), but I could be wrong.

I've put 1,3dcl of Motorex 80W90 gear oil in (as per manual).

It got worse in the last 3-4 days, and it was silky-smooth untill then.
Any ideas?

It could be a number things inside the cvt.  Possibly worn rollers, sticky torque driver, or I suspect the clutch.  It could be a build up of clutch dust, or one of the small fly springs may be broken.  You should pull off the cvt cover and inspect everything.  You also will want to pull off the clutch bell and check inside there.  You will need an impact wrench or some type of holder to get it off.

It is possible to make quite some damage to the cvt and rollers in 3500 kms.
You do not know how it was driven before you bought it. Maybe somebody was keeping it on the throttle all the time while braking.
Nevermind, it's probably 0-30 EUR fix.

Mine has done this since 31km on the clock. The funny thing is it comes and goes. Im used to it now and simply have fun trying to pull the longest wheel stand when it is happening. Doesnt seem to matter if its just been serviced or due for a service, but I have been actually thinking it might be the belt flailing around causing this to happen. To be honest, I just ignore it now.
That said, let me know what you find out!

It was the clutch, it just needed cleaning.. it was all greasy and filled with fine dist/dirt.
It's now running smoother then when I picked it up 500km ago!

Are you sure the mileage is correct? It should not be that dirty after only 3500 kms.
I do not understand where did the grease come from. All are gaskets inside in place and intact?
Now you probably understand why variator inspection is a part of maintenance every 2-3.000 kms.

The mileage should be ok since every is so clean.. all nuts/bolts, the plastics are still very black
(I've seen an Agility with 20.000km,  the plastics are all gray) etc. I have no idea how the greasy
stuff got there, but the guys in the shop took it apart, said it's a bit dirty/greasy, nothing special,
put everything back together and said that everything looks like it's still brand new.. and it looked
like that to me too.

50km later, today, I again notice a slight vibration every now and then, but if it remains at this
level I won't complain.

..in my experience with my A50, the clutch pads and springs are the most common reason for a bit of vibration at take-off...

..once, when i was changing the springs, i de-formed one end of one of my fly clutch springs...

..this caused a somewhat major vibration...unequal tension on that pad..

..once, i partially un-seated one of the "rubber" cushions beneath the pad...same scenario..vibration...

..anything that might cause an un-balanced condition in the clutch would make that happen, possibly including a greasy build-up..

..inspect the output shaft's and gearbox oil seals after a while, that might be where the 'grease" is coming from...

..a small amount of oil, combined with and dust that might find it's way into the cvt casing thru the cooling air port would resemble grease after a while...

Yeah, that makse sense. Thanks for the input, I'll keep an eye on it.
I've had some vibrations today too, but very low compared to before cleaning.

I'd take it for a longer ride if I could, but it's raining freakin' again.. which is
expected to turn into snow.. again..
