just put in 1000 /still stock set..bout same..rpm still gets there quicker, but slow, turning you will creep,no power...still screams downhill, some top is back.......and you try to say a aftermarket var weight isnt an issue....wrong answer..rpm gets quicker with oem, screams wit oem, loxs of top wit oem..

Ha! I feel your pain, the screaming is to light a weight. The contra allows the motor to rev higher and longer when matched to your power out put. The flys help to fine tune as to a harder or softer take off.You have to be in the band to get any use out of them. I got you some weights on the way, still think ya need the next contra. But hope the weight will get you on the right track.

The rollers are to light if screaming. When you have it right it will pull constant bottom to top untill you have no more hp to give. For me the stiffer contra let the rpms get up just a little bit more to make full use of my short powerband with the 2t motor. So i'm in the power band start to finish till the moter has no more. Ha! now i'm confused Can't quite splain it lucy  ;D

I have a feeling your set-up should be 1000 contra, 1000 flys, and somewhere about a 7.5g roller, maybe 8g.  Just try it! ;)

..batman...from a derestricted oem state, ...open the airbox (K&N) and main jet, then do plug chops....adjust your main jet accordingly, due to what you see at the firing ring area of your plug...
