Pretty much everything is a download, but its very easy to do.  I will look up the website and tell you how to do it.  What exactly are you trying to do to your scoot.  I JUST rebuilt my motor and have been through most troubleshooting problems I can imagine, besides wiring.

Here is the website to download the manual just click the numbers 1 through 19 one at a time it will download each part of the manual and you can view each part.   http://www.eserviceinfo.com/download.php?fileid=35809
It gives everything from wiring to complete rebuild.
Also any help you need if one person that isnt sure about your question there will be three more suggestions to follow up with you and everyone on here will stick with you till you get your problem fixed!

AWESOME! It will be very simple to follow the wire diagram. Even if your remote start says it has an "integral" relay for the starter, Due yourself a favor and, add a bosch or cole hersey 30amp relay to the trigger lead. I've done hundreds of remote starters, and that was always the weak link.  Since downloading is a challenge at the moment, I suppose picts. of your project would be a lot to ask! Welcome to the forum.

Any questions along the way, and I will be happy to help. That includes as Kymcofan offered help getting the info/downloads.
