It's great now \:D/  top speed on flat is 65 km\h , on downhill 70 km\h ,but i have to say it's prety noise ,I hope next month i will find some money for a revision , or maybe i will check myself . thanks again guys .
wordslinger ,do you have  the stoc engine (50cc)? just with rollers what speed do you gained? i'm not intersted to change the air filter beacouse i will need to change the main jet too and the fuel consumption will be verry hight from what i understand .

..yeah, my engine is stock 50cc...before i had done any mods, with just the boss and cut cdi, my top speed was about 72-74 kmh..downhill...

..the lighter rollers (5gr) will give you a bit quicker take-off..(stock rollers are 6 gr)...and probably will not affect your top speed...

..glad to hear i could help you out!!!

peace

and on flat roud ? the extra take-off it's verry good for city driving , I already let behind all cars at green light  . I can't find a 0.04 mm model for valve adjusting , i find just 0.05 and 0.08 :(

...65-72 kmh on th flats, i reckon...

..yeah, i like shootin' out in front of the cars...lol...

..a .05 will get you really close...and if it's out of spec too badly already, you will notice an improvement...

it happens to anyone here at 14000km to disorder the  valve adjusting ? I don't know if I should get my nose in there :)) I have to get the oil out from the motor before i get the head off ? i don't think so beacouse the level of head is above than dipstick level . contradict me if i'm wrong .

..at 14,000 km, if they've never been adjusted, they probably need it...

..only have to pull the valve cover off...do draining at all...

Just pull the head off you do not have to drain the oil...you need a feeler gauge to adjust the valves....it is not very hard to do loosen the bolts put the gauge under the valves between where they set and tighten the bolts do not over tighten b/c you may mess up you setting.  I just went through all that stuff myself, I just order my jet and should be doing all my carb adjustments this weekend hopefully!

i understand now , thats the problem i don't have a feeler gauge of 0.04mm i find just 0.05 and 0.08 but i still looking for a 0.04.
I've called to a service and tomorow I will go with scoot to them to make me a list with what is used and need changed ,... after that I will change myself . I hope to have money for pieces ... I've left the mechanic speakless when i told him i didn't do any revision ... I begin to feel sorry for my scoot :( . Until i've downloaded the manual service i didn't know i need  to change oil from transmision ... I hope i didn't wreck anything ...

That just shows how tough these little Kymcos really are. Most other brands would have been parked behind the shed rusting away.

indeed , the mechanic was surprised when I said it's nothing wrong with the scoot ...he asked me if i hear from the transmision gear something ... but i don't hear anything . I will se tomorow if it is something serious  at scoot after 14000 km without revision ,i hope not .... my budget is limited ,and i don't want to become pedestrian :))
