« on: April 08, 2010, 02:42:07 AM »
i just rolled over 1000 miles and have done everything by the manual except a valve adjustment. is there a workshop manual i can download or something with specs ? kinda sucks when you pack the miles on a new bike that is not well known yet  ;D it says the first adjustment should be done at 300 miles??? ???  ::)

thats for the 125cc euro version... American is the 150, do you think that would make a difference in the specs? 1. to adjust valves, remove fuel tank..... ::)

Sorry, didn't know there were different ones.  I really don't know if there would be a difference in the spec.

You could always check your valves and make sure they aren't way out of adjustment.  The 125 calls for .06mm gaps on intake and exhaust.  I bet your 150 is going to be the same if not very close to that.  I know the Agility 50 scooter calls for .04mm and it is better to have too big of a gap than too small.  The .06mm seems like it would be about right.

Try using Surf Canyon as a search engine. I found some obscure stuff using it. It is a very handy tool for searching 100's of pages deep.
