G'Day marioG, in the general discussion section there is a thread called links to service manuals, zombie has put a link to a manual for agility125 and further down he has the manual there on the page, you can scroll down through these pages. Section 9 has the instuction on how to remove the variator and it looks quite easy, you will need a universal holder for it, they are not expensive to buy or you can make one yourself. All the best with your scoot.

If you have a look at the manual you will get a better idea how to hold it. I dont think that is the correct tool.

I made one for my clutch, but it did take a couple of hours, it was either that or buy one.

If it feels too slow on the bottom end you could go with lighter rollers. Maybe 14gr would suit you better.

If the stock belt is 781mm The 750 is just too short. Did you loose top end kph? Don't mix the rollers either as the heavier ones will be doing all the work, and the lighter ones will be floating. If you were looking for better take off performance, and keeping the top end then 12-13gr may suit you better. I always suggest buying a few "cheap" ebay sets to figure which weight you need, and then buying a good set of the correct weight.

Neither the belt or the rollers will improve top end by them selves. The rollers will only alter the rpm range the scoot runs in. Mostly improving the bottom end.
