Blue, I think those are Km by they way.  I think Slinger may have us all beat!  I've just ticked over 15,000 km on my ZX50, with a big bore kit at something like 11,000 km.  I pulled the cylinder off this afternoon and everything still looks great!  Gotta love these Kymco's!

14068 km  on my 07 agility 50 , just with oil change (first transmision oil made at 14000km ) , valve adjusting at 14000km for first time ,top speed on flat 72 km\h (with bad variator rollers ,in some areas they've reached metal :))) I hope i will find money for a new variator...)

..if your sliders, the 3 little plastic pieces that slide onto your ramp plate, are ok, you can probably get by with just buying rollers, sticl....

..much less expensive than a whole new variator...

the plastic pieces are in perfect shape (it's something wrong if i greese them when I put on variator ?) I want to change the variator beacouse i found some grooves where the rollers reached metal ... and the originial variator it's cheap around 15$ ... I don't have money for a multivar 2000 unfortunately

..as a general rule, you don't want to grease anything in the cvt....

..maybe just a tiny bit in the clutch bearings, if you remove it...

..and just a little bit on the kick-start mechanism...

You should be able to get away with sanding down the ramps with some progressively finer sandpaper.  I'd say start at 100 grid and work your way up to 220.  Replace the rollers and should be good as new!

I  bought my People 50 in 2004. It is all original and has given me much pleasure. I have been riding this stallion for 19,109 km. to work and back. Humans that do not ride a scooter, do not understand when I try to explain the joy I experience.

I saw on a clip on youtube a mecanic who grease with I don't know what the ramps where you put rollers .... but I don't know exactly what he used.

I will sand before puting the new rollers .It's nothing wrong if I go to deep ?
