NOW REMOVE THE BOLT THAT HAVE THE ROUND DISK WITH TEETH ON IT---TO THE LEFT----IF YOU HAVE AN IMPACT WENCH IT WOULD HELP BETTER

JUST PULL THAT DISK OFF AND YOU WILL SEE THIS IN PICTURE--JUST PULL THAT BELT(FRONT ONLY) OFF AND MOVE IT OUT THE WAY

Ok got it, just the front of the belt is out the way.

NOW THE SAME PLACE WHERE YOU REMOVE THE BELT IS A CYLINDER THAT SLIDE OUT THE CAP MAY MOVE WITH IT BUT JUST HOLD IT AND TAKE OFF THAT CYLINDER WHICH IS THE BOSS DRIVE

I have taken the boss out and it seem to have a different diameter at one end then the new one.

YES IT DOES --THAT WHY YOUR SPEED WAS AT 30 MPH ONLY---IT WAS RESTRICTED WITH THAT SLEEVE---THE ONE ON RIGHT IS THE ONE THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

OK--JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT THAT NUT BACK TIGHT AND TAKE YOUR TIME AND IF YOU HAVE ANY TEMPORARY LOK-TIGHT WOULD BE GOOD---AND !! WOW !! YOU CAN UPGRADE YOUR SCOOTER AND STAY IN TOUCH WITH YOUR COMPUTOR--GRRREAT--LET MY KNOW WHEN YOUR FINISH
