something strange with gears

In manual it says that the ratio is 1:11.05 ,that means when rear wheel spins one time the clutch bell should spin 11.05 times ... but at mine I have to spin the bell 13.6or7 for a complete wheel spin ....  so that means I have an other gear ratio ? That should explain why most of chinese 4t scoot are faster than mine

Not certain but I think Enviromoto has a Naraku gear kit that will fit the Agility.  Most of the replacements are a pretty low ratio comparatively though.  You might need to "put a kit on dat bitch" first!

When I was researching the one's on the ZX50 before I did mine I found very little and conflicting info!  It seems there really is no standard ratio for these scoots.  I think they may have done different ratios for different markets and model years.

Very true!  I found a website that lists the actual number of teeth on each cog.  It was hard to find I'll see If I can remember where it was.

Not a whole lotta luck in my quick search other that I think the intermediate shaft is a 53/14.  I can't find the # of teeth on the input and output shafts.  Will keep looking.
