Hey guys new here. Need some help with mods on Super 9

Hey guys im trying to get some info on modding the super 9 for a friend. He has a 07 LC. I will be ordering the following parts and want to know if anything is missing or you guys have any other ideas.
Malossi 70cc kit
Malossi PRIMARY GEARS HTQ z 15/44
Malossi CARB.KIT PHBG 19
Malossi VARIATOR MULTIVAR
Malossi KEVLAR BELT

Please bare with me guys, I have been out of the scooter seen for quite some time and kinda forgot a lot about this stuff, used to do this back in Italy 16 years ago. My goal is to reach 60MPH at an relatively easy rate and time.
 Now as far as the exhaust I have read mix reviews and not really sure on which one to get, for now we are kinda on the ZX TT Handmade by Leo Vince. I liked the reviews on this one because it says to have a better pick up then others, but if you any any better ideas please post up.
Also is the filter recommended?
Any special spark plug?
Anything done to the oil mixture or pump after installing mods?
Is the Torque Driver a good mod to add to what I currently will be getting?
What about the clutch spring, whats a good one to start on?

This is the first I saw of the post! Exactly which malossi jug kit? That will determine the rest, depending on the rpm range (power band of the jug) I have used the phbg, and it is a good choice.  Go with the clamp on version, and get the matching delorto intake. The clamp on is solid secure, and introduces NO turbulance. Malossi has a copy set up of the delorto, and it is not as good. I would also use the Malossi Delta clutch. This is much more tuneable than the stock clutch, and will most likely last the life time of the scoot. An open type air filter is a MUST if you set the jug/pipe correctly. You will get a set of springs w/ the clutch, and it will have the yellow contra spring. If you want wheelies, use the stiffest fly springs, if you want drag style takeoffs use the mid set. I have my injector pump zip tied full open, and add approx 1/2 oz of FULL SYNTH 2t to every tank. Plugs you can mess with once you get the scoot tuned. Start w/ the stock one, and get 2-3 1 step hotter, and 2-3 colder. You will need them for tuning the carb, so that is why you will want a few of each. If you haven't allready GET GOOD RUBBER! post any ?'s as we all love scootin' here, and will do what we can to help. Excellent project bike too. Welcome to the forum.

I have that Motorio intake manifold on my ZX50, middle one in the pic.  It seems like a decent set-up!  I think on yours you will use one of the others to attach to the Delorto.  If you go that route just call and talk to Steve.  Make sure you specify which carb you will be using.

Damn man, I understood less then half of what you told me.
As far as jug kit are you referring to carburetor?  If so this is what I got (CARB.KIT PHBG 19 AS KYMCO 50  Article 1611028)
For the 70cc kit its this one (Malossi Kymco Super 9 Liquid Cooled 70cc Cylinder Kit Article 3111667)
Which air filter you recommend getting?
Where and how did you set up injector pump?
Also whats this ur talking about?  "get 2-3 1 step hotter, and 2-3 colder. You will need them for tuning the carb, so that is why you will want a few of each"  Are you refering to spark plugs?
Sorry for so many straight forward questions but I figure its the best way to explain. Also let me know about the carb kit im getting, if I need any other jet and what not.

I have the middle one, but it is flanged to fit my carb.  I think you need one of the other ones for the Delorto, I think the top one.

 I have the same bike and the same parts except for the cylinder,I have the metra kit,anyway this is what you need,if you got the right carb from moped hos.it will bolt to stock manifold,the stock manifold will flow that engine until she blows.I have used the dellatoro and the arreche and a modified stocker,the dello never ran right no matter how it was tuned,the arreche needs the s-1 needle instead of the one that comes with it,the stocker with the main drilled to .49 at sea level is what it needs with a technigas rs 70 pipe.Aopen filter will not do anything for performance except make alot of noise and get dirty real fast,gut the stocker,shop vac hose from carb into air box then put pod filter on hose and put the cover on.Do not zip tie your oil pump open,you will bog out after sitting at a light,it'll smoke like a pig and foul plugs and just run like crap.adjust the cable to eliminate all slack when throttle is wot so is the pump,add a oz to oz and quarter for each gal gas you put in the tank,do not let the oil pump system run dry on oil it will ruin the pump and cause the pump to seize up stripping the gears.
60 mph no problem,I have been gps'd at 72 wot with nothing more to give.you will want to change the clutch springs to the red ones and install a yellow torque spring and drop your roller weights to 7 g's if you are around 200lbs.

  Perfect post!   I had alot of tunning issues w/ the delorto but once I found how sensitive it is , the tunning fell into place. On the oil pump; There are no traffic lites where I live, but I do leave the scoot running to hop into the store/hang out a minute, and it does bog for the first blip of the throttle, so I just clear it out, and run. I feel MUCH safer on de-accell, as I run most of the time near wot for several miles at a time. The extra oil from the pump when the throttle is closed does keep the piston cooler, and the bearings lubed. You can still be turning 7'000 rpm.s w/ the pump giving you a 100:1 ratio. (throttle closed). It works for me!

The Technigas pipe is a great choice w/ the Malossi jug kit (cylinder kit). Be sure to use the RS 2 pipe. It is the 70cc version. http://www.scooterworks.com/Malossi_Carb_-_Speedfight_Dell_P2327C423.cfm   That is the carb kit w/ the clamp on kit. The air box mod sounds cool, but I prefer the open filt. Nothing to stop the air flo. As for Intake noise.... WHAT DID YOU SAY??? I CAN'T HEAR YOU OVER THE PIPE! Spark plugs are what I was referring to when I said 1 step hotter, and one step colder. You will find the MOST power by getting the combustion chamber temp. correct. You can mix a little rich, and burn it off w/ a hotter plug, or mix lean, and control the temp. w/ a colder plug. Keep us informed on the project! also ANY question is a good question.

eliminate the oil plug completely and put a oil plug and run premix gas and oil at 40:1 ratio or 3oz to a gal.the best oil to run is repsol 2T Racing,redline 2t racing oil,or ams oil dominator.those burn the cleanses and mix the best.
