I would test the fuses with a meter, somtimes they can blow at the end and you cant see it. A redneck fix for a fuse is to wrap it in aluminum foil (aluminium as we call it).

It was the fuse the entire time.  Yep, the fuse looked perfectly good from the outside.  Thanks all!
