I used 15w-50. Now I'm using 20w-50. The light does NOT remain on once I'm stopped. It just comes on WHILE stopping and immediately goes out once fully stopped. IF it were a car engine , I'd say that the pickup screen was not close enough to the bottom of the oil pan. I did notice that when I bought it, the oil had just been changed and was just above the full mark. The "problem " did not occur until just before my oil change when the level was just below the full mark. When I changed the oil and put one full qt. (.946 liters) . It still would come on at an aggressive stop. But when I simply "overfilled) it by 2 ounces, it no longer does this. The engine shows zero symptoms of being overfill. And it was that way when I picked it up. So, I guess I'll just leave it.
