Glad to be here, new People 150 owner.
« on: March 18, 2016, 10:07:56 PM »
I am sort of new to scooter riding, I have owned a Honda Elite 110 for the past year.  I enjoyed it but some of the roads near my house are 45 MPH and the Honda barely keeps up.     I decided to upgrade to a 150 just to get near 60MPH.  I won't need to use it often but will be more comfortable with a little headroom.
I decided on a People 150 but was disappointed to find that they stopped importing them in 2012.   Well lucky me I found a 2012 new, still in the crate.   I have to drive a ways to get it but that is fine.

My question is, are there any tips/tricks that I need to know of during its break in that will lead to a longer life.

Thanks
Jim

Congrats on the ppl 150!!! Nice ride youve got.

Imo best way to break in is using it normally as it would be used its whole life. If you are a hard rider even better!!

Just have a good strict maint plan and stick to that. Ull be fine.
