that's a little low for the battery, but you should still be able to kick start it. Why did you change the plug? Did it stop working after that?
Hey Jim, I thought I needed to change it so I did anyway. The old spark plug look really bad but yeah still can't kick start it even with the new spark plug. I've seen other scooters where they use the kick starter and it is way better than mine? The Kymco Agility 2006 is hard to use the kick starter
I also commented on another thread here where someone posted a battery charging stats: 12-13v = 100% .... 11.9v = 0%.
How do you charge the battery? How did my battery get to 0% charged 11.9v? I used the multimeter on another battery and it is dead as no reading at. So I tested it on a car battery and it was 12.5v which means the multimeter is pretty accurate.
I forgot to mention, I replace the headlight frame for another one from a used scooter. My old headlight didn't work properly before only the high beam. So I was using the high beam before until I got it replaced.
