Kymco parts source
« on: April 06, 2016, 06:39:46 PM »
Now that my dealer no longer sells Kymco's I'm forced to buy my parts elsewhere. I've used Kymco Parts Monster in the past, but it seems more and more of the parts have a Call option rather than a price and buy. I'm hoping someone here has found a better source where one can simply choose the part without having to split the order between click and buy and call and buy. Thanks in advance.

I can tell you who not to buy from...powersportswarehouse.com  (aka performance powersports in Seneca, SC).

Ordered a bunch of parts online in early Feb...nothing...they don't answer the phone..they don't return calls....left 4 voicemails and haven't received a call back. Pathetic way of doing business. It's almost 2 months since I placed my order and I haven't received it or any notification.....do not order from these guys.

I even left negative feedback on their website detailing my poor experience...think I'd get a call back? Nope..nothing.

I manage a $12M + multi state sales region...if our customers have a problem we bend over backwards to make it right...if they call with a problem we return their call the same day...these guys? What a joke...

Columbia Scooter in Portland is still a good bet for parts, everytime I ordered they had it in stock and shipped the next day. My Kymco required so few parts I haven't used them for about a year now.

still no parts from powersportswarehouse.com, (placed order on Feb 9)...so today I did what I should have done in the first place, walked into my local dealer and ordered at the parts counter. The valve cover gasket was more expensive $16 vs about $5 online...but it will be here within a week. Lesson learned.
