Top speed from yesterday ride
« on: April 13, 2016, 08:18:53 PM »
Yesterday while out riding I turned on the app Speedometer (GPS) to record my fastest run on a straight level stretch of road. After a couple of runs the fastest run was 59.7 on the GPS or approx 62 indicated.

The current max speed may be the result of using a Malossi belt. I do find my usual throttle position went from 35 mph to around 40 mph.

My experience is: up to 50 mph, she's happy. She'll go faster than that, but she's not happy.

No zooooom after 50mph and a 1/4 mile. After that the hare turns into a turtle.

Definetly above 50 mph and the poor girl doesn't sound happy. I find her sweet spot to be 25 to 45 mph. She hums along in that range.
